All sales are final except damaged or merchandise. There are no exchanges for size or shirt color, except where deemed appropriate by the store. If you receive merchandise that is misprinted, a color other than what you ordered or damaged during the production and/or shipping process, please send an email to blackboyjoyapparel@gmail.com. Please include your order number, describe the issue and include a photograph of the problem. We will then contact our external vendor to report the problem for resolution. You have 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise to report any issues. Sales are final after the 14th day.
If you do not receive your order within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, please send an email to blackboyjoyapparel@gmail.com with your order number. We will contact our external vendor to find out the status of your order. If there is an error on the part of the vendor your item(s) will be replaced and shipped at no additional cost to you. If an incorrect address was entered during the ordering process, you may be liable for additional reshipping costs.
Our checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
